A better internet together

We are dedicated to providing and defending a private, unbiased Internet experience for all of our subscribers.  Internet 3.14 treats all bandwidth on its network equally and does not give preferential treatment to any traffic based on the type, origin, or destination.

An open Internet fosters innovation, learning, economic growth, and equality. Throughout our network, Internet 3.14 strives to provide the best, fastest routing to desired content regardless of account type, a location of content or Internet protocol. We do not and will not engage in any toll practices with other Internet Service Providers or Content Providers. Internet 3.14 actively monitors capacity, and we upgrade our network as needed to ensure that all customers have the best possible experience.

A private Internet is equivalent to freedom of speech, in our view. The ideas and opinions that shape information should be evaluated solely by their substantive value and not by any bias associated with the author of the content. In addition, access to content that is sensitive in nature should not be stifled for fear of lack of anonymity. Internet 3.14 is committed to protecting our customers right to privacy and manage our network in a dignified manner.

This Statement of Privacy applies to the Internet 3.14website and to customers using our service. Internet 3.14 is opposed to sharing customer information and internet usage with third-party companies such as advertisers, network monitoring companies, SEO companies, etc.

We collect and retain user account information (such as name, address, email address, Twitter handle, etc) for internal service, support, and billing. For networking and support issues we also log other information (such as mac address, DHCP lease information) All of this information is considered private and is not shared with third parties other than as listed in other sections of this policy.

If a business or residential customer receives static IP address(es), some of their personal information may be visible in reverse DNS records and 'whois' records. During the allocation of a static IP, information is transmitted to ARIN per their IP Reassignment Policy.

All on-line payment processing is done by a third party and Internet 3.14 does not retain any financial information on our servers.

Requests for user information will only be surrendered as legally required (e.g. a subpoena). Furthermore, all such requests will be reviewed by our counsel to validate relevance and validity.

We reserve the right to change the terms of this Privacy Policy. Since any changes will be posted on this page, we encourage you to check this page regularly. Any changes to this policy shall be effective immediately upon posting them here. This privacy policy was last amended on November 5th, 2018
